Psychological factors are beneficial to health and longevity

The book “Longevity Plan” recently published by the California Psychology Professor, based on an 80-year follow-up survey of 1,500 people born around 1910, found that six psychological factors contribute to health and longevity.
People who often connect with friends and family live longer. Giving help to others during the interaction process is beneficial to longevity. If you have few friends, it is recommended to participate in social organizations or volunteer work.
If you are a person who cares, it might be a good thing. Many examples prove that proper anxiety is good for health, especially for men. When you are worried about something, you will naturally consider the various situations that may arise and formulate corresponding plans. At this time, worry is beneficial.
Despite the benefits of fitness, the study found that some long-lived people do not exercise very much in their twenties. Instead, they do more things they are interested in and let them live longer, such as planting flowers, growing vegetables, and carpenters. Live and so on.
People who are overly optimistic often do not have the care of those who are careful. In order to stay healthy, people who are cautious know better about self-protection and are less engaged in high-risk activities such as smoking, drinking, taking drugs or driving a car. These people will also be away from people with bad habits.
If you hate the work you do, then work stress is the “bad pressure” that is harmful to your health. If you love your career, the pressure to strive for success in your career is the “good pressure” for longevity.
