Two recipes to help your baby adjust the stomach

If the baby’s spleen and stomach are not good, then absorption will be affected, which will have a certain impact on the healthy development of the child. So conditioning the baby spleen and stomach should give the baby what to eat? Then let’s  have a look!

Method: first, wash the rice and soak it in water for half an hour, then wash the lettuce and put it in light salt water for 20 minutes. After steaming, the yam and jujube are poured into the blender together to make mud. Then, according to your baby’s situation, add some warm water and stir evenly.

Warm reminder: red jujube yam mud can’t be given to baby to eat too much at one time, almost one spoon and two spoons, you can put the mud that can’t be eaten into the auxiliary food box to freeze, and eat it in three days!
