Eye rotation method: when the head rotates up, down, left and right, the eyes also move together. It is harmful to the eyes to keep your eyes fixed for a long time. High nervous tension will make the eyes distended and the optic nerve function decreased. Often let the eyes turn a few times, can achieve the relaxation effect.

Blinking method: the head is tilted back and blinks continuously to make the blood unblocked. It can blink 2-3 times each time. People blink about 15 times a minute, only 2-3 times when they are focused. This makes the tears on the surface of the eye evaporate too much and can’t be replenished in time, which will cause inflammation on the surface of the eye for a long time. Blinking can lubricate and protect the eyeball.

Massage method: relax the whole body, close the eyes, inhale and exhale evenly, press the Jingming point at the bottom of the bridge of nose between the eyes with the middle finger, massage clockwise and anticlockwise along the orbital edge for 8 times respectively, and then open the eyes for 15 times clockwise and anticlockwise eye rotation respectively.

Alternate cold and hot compress method: soak one towel in hot water at a temperature of about 50 ℃, compress the eye for about 5 minutes, increase the blood circulation of the eye; then soak another towel in cold water with ice, and put it on the eye for 5 minutes, alternately.

Comb your hair and eyes: comb your hair once a day in the morning, in the middle and in the evening. You can comb it with a comb, or you can use your fingers instead of the comb.
